Most of the Muslims leaving Islam, and even more so, most of the Muslims leaving Islam for Christ are rejetected by their former environment, their family, their friends and relatives who remained in Islam. Some suffer violent prosecutions, even in France – the Muslim law is indeed absolutely merciless as regard the apostates, and condemn then theoretically to death. Hopefully, this occurs only exceptionally in our country, but the former Muslims suffer almost all form a kind of social death and are deeply isolated and vulnerable.
This is the reason why Mission Ismerie was created: to support the converts who lost everything for Christ, welcome them warmly in the Church and share with them the deep meaning of Christian brotherhood, and therefore, support them in the rebuilding of their lives.
There are various needs, and all the good wills are required.
On a spiritual level:
Welcome in the parishes
Sponsoring of converts and spiritual accompaniment in the life of faith
Prayer support: see the page Pray for specific offers
Etc.
On a brotherhood level
Welcome a convert to lunch/diner in one's family
Undertake to invite such convert every month and, in particular, never let him/her alone for the feasts (Christmas, Easter, etc.,)
Organize in the parish a support group for an “rotating ”welcome of the converts in the families

Accommodation, temporary host family or availability of a room or an accommodation
Vehicle

Support Mission Ismerie
To support and accompany the Muslims on their way and the former Muslims converted to Christ – they exist, are already there and will be more and more numerous – to give to the public a just and impartial information about Islam, to propose Christ to Muslims.
